WMS receives inbound & outbound documents, basic data of goods, sends inbound & outbound tasks to the device control level, collects, tracks and stores various logistics information. At the same time WMS accomplishes the analysis of the information, classifies, sorts and analyzes the collected information in order to achieve the management of the warehouse.

Warehouse Control System
After receiving instructions from the information management level, WCS decompositions and assigns tasks to specific equipment through the execution level. Meanwhile, WCS monitors and controls various logistics links, on-site equipment, process parameters and process points through the data uploaded by the equipment execution level.

3D Visualization
The digital twin platform based on 3D engine intuitively displays the design scheme, on-site equipment, and real-time operation. Through data interface it connects with equipment, PLC, WMS and other background systems to bound 3D modeling scene with the key data of production operation, daily maintenance, and equipment operation. This can achieve convenient daily operation and maintenance as well as quick response to system alarm and equipment failure.
